Sour Cream Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 1/4 c. cut fresh rhubarb
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Put rhubarb in pie shell.
    Mix sour cream, sugar, flour and egg yolks.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool slightly.
    Add 6 tablespoons sugar gradually to the beaten egg white. Spread over pie.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes more.
