Country Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium boiled, skinned and grated potatoes
    1 can cream of Cheddar soup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/3 c. minced onions
    1 c. corn flakes, crumbled or bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Heat soup and 1/2 cup butter; add cheese, sour cream and minced onions.
    Combine with potatoes and pour into 13 x 9 casserole dish. Refrigerate overnight.
