Pineapple Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in its own juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken or ham
lettuce
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine reserved juice, mayonnaise, yogurt and onions; set aside.
Arrange pineapple, oranges and chicken on lettuce-lined plates.
Serve with dressing.
Makes 4 servings.
