French Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lbs. stew meat
6 carrots
4 medium potatoes
4 stalks celery, chopped in large pieces
2 medium onions quartered
1 Tbsp. tapioca
1 can tomato soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a 4 qt. casserole or roaster.
Cover and bake 4 hours at 300 degrees.
