Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. more softened butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease and flour pan. Recommend one 13 x 9 pan or two 9 1/2-inch cake pans. Mix sugar, flour and butter into crumb like mixture. Save lots of crumbs for topping. Mix eggs, soda and buttermilk together. Add this to 1st mixture. Pour into pans for baking. Before topping with reserved crumbs, add last 3 ingredients.
