Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 c. Jiffy mix
    1 or 2 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Grate cheese; mix
    well
    with
    sausage.
    Then add Jiffy mix and Tabasco sauce;
    mix
    well.
    Roll
    into bite size balls and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
