Hydrox Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. hot water
2 tsp. vanilla
6 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream
1 lb. Hydrox cookies
Preparation

Soak gelatin in cold water.
Dissolve in hot water.
Add vanilla.
Beat egg whites and add sugar until stiff.
Combine gelatin mixture with eggs and sugar mixture.
Fold in whipped cream, beaten until stiff.
