Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 tsp. margarine
    4 whole chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in margarine.
    Split chicken breasts in center to make 8 pieces.
    Fill all 8 pieces with sauteed vegetables.
    Roll from short end and secure with toothpicks.
    Grease with margarine 8-inch square baking dish. Place breasts in dish.
    Cover, bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
