Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onions
1 Tbsp. bacon drippings or butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. water
1/8 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 (10 1/4 oz.) can Del Grosso pizza sauce
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 lb. country style ribs
Preparation

Saute onions in butter or bacon drippings until brown; stir in all remaining ingredients, except spareribs.
Simmer until mixed and heated.
Pour sauce over ribs and add water to pan to cover meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 4 hours until meat falls from bones. Lower oven temperature to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 if ribs brown too fast. Leftover sauce freezes well.
