Honeyed Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. fresh brisket
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 sliced onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. sugar
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions over medium heat in cooking oil.
    Turn to brown on all sides.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Reduce flame. Cover and simmer approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until tender. Serves 8.
