Baked Chicken With Herb Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 chicken legs, 1 chicken breast, etc.
    salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves (more if you like the taste)
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken lightly on all sides.
    Place chicken in casserole; sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake 35 minutes or until fork-tender.
    Pour juices from casserole into saucepan and cook over high heat until reduced to 1/3 cup.
    Remove from heat. Gradually stir in sour cream.
    Serve over hot chicken.
