Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Coarsely chop artichoke hearts.
In small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise and half and half.
Mix well. Stir in bell pepper, pimento and artichoke hearts.
Spoon mixture into shallow baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm with Melba toast.
