Homemade Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients for bottom layer; cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Combine eggs, lemon juice and almond extract; pour over bottom layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes; while warm, sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of confectioners sugar.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
Use a 9-inch square pan.
