Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked broccoli spears
6 oz. cooked chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. skim milk
1 oz. shredded cheese
1 pkg. chicken broth and seasoning mix
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Weight Watchers salad dressing
1 slice (40 calories) bread, toasted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place broccoli in bottom of 1 1/2-quart baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Evenly place chicken on top.
Melt margarine in a saucepan.
Stir in flour until mixed.
Add skim milk and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients except bread.
Pour over chicken.
Break bread into pieces and put on top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
