Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or 2 cans
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Ritz or any cheese cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook vegetables until tender, reserving 1/2 cup of liquid. Saute celery, onions and water chestnuts in three tablespoons of butter.
Mix vegetables in reserved liquid, onion, celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and cheese.
