Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. ground walnuts
3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted margarine
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/8 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In a spring-form cake pan make crust of graham crackers, walnuts and melted margarine.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour into crust and bake 50 to 55 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool 15 minutes.
