Sweet Potato Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
6 Tbsp sugar
1 cup cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
1 egg
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Combine cream cheese and sugar, beat until smooth.
Blend in sweet potatoes and spices.
Add egg, beat well.
Pour into pie shell, bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
