Brown Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    2 c. water
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, brown roast, then add the next 4 ingredients. Cook 1 1/2 hours, then add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours more.
    Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes.
