Sauerkraut Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans chopped kraut
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped pimiento
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. sugar
Preparation

Rinse and drain kraut well. Combine with other ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Keeps well for 10 days or more.
