Milky Way Cake - cooking recipe

6 Milky Way bars
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine bars and 1/2 cup butter in saucepan; melt over low heat.
While candy is melting, prepare batter.
Cream 1/2 cup butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Add flour and soda alternately with buttermilk, stirring until smooth.
Add candy mixture, beating well.
Stir in vanilla and nuts.
Pour into well greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool.
