Carrib Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Gwatney sausage or bacon*
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage or bacon.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
    In bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, arrange bread cubes and top with sausage or bacon.
    Sprinkle on cheese and pour egg mixture over all.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
