Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    pineapple and cherries
    1/3 c. oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Melt 3 tablespoons oleo in baking dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar, pineapple and cherries.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool.
