Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    2 c. biscuit mix
    8 oz. carton sour cream
Preparation
    Beat softened margarine.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Add biscuit mix and stir until dry ingredient is moistened.
    Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
