Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. grated cheese
    butter-type crackers
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a well-greased casserole dish, except crackers and butter.
    Crush enough crackers to make 1 cup and mix with butter.
    Sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Delicious served as side dish for poultry or pork.
