Black-Eyed Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (15 oz.) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. red onion rings
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In medium salad bowl combine peas, onions, green pepper and garlic.
    Stir together all remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Chill covered for at least 12 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
