Chicken Breasts With Peach Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 small garlic clove, minced
    1 small red chili pepper, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. peach chutney
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts to make thinner.
    Brown in olive oil. Add onions, garlic, pepper and chutney.
    Cover and cook until chicken is done, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Uncover; add cream and cook a little more until sauce thickens.
    Serves 2 or 3.
