Cantonese Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. Chinese style frozen vegetables
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion until done.
    Add next 3 ingredients, mixing in.
    Make a well in center of pan, adding vegetables. Bring to a boil and mix together.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, covered.
    Serves 4.
