Baked Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 (1/2 inch) thick boneless pork chops
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. diced bell pepper
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. each salt, pepper and garlic powder
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat oil.
    Fry pork chops until brown.
    Remove from pan and drain.
    Saute onions and peppers until tender.
    Place chops in casserole dish.
    On each chop place 1/2 cup rice, some onions and pepper.
    In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over chops and rice mixture.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
