Mock Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 boiled eggs, mashed
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small onion, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and serve on lettuce.
Also excellent for sandwich filling or to fill pastry shells.
