Cajun Pecans - cooking recipe

1 lb. pecan halves
4 tsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. coarse salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.
Cover; slow cook on high (300\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low (200\u00b0); continue to slow cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 2 hours.
Transfer the nuts to a baking sheet; cool completely before serving.
