Tomato Salsa Fiesta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
    1 tablespoon of lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    2 tablespoons of vegetable
    1 3/4 pounds fresh california tomatoes, about 4 medium, peeled, seeded, finely diced and drained
    1 cup of red onion
    2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro or parsley
    1 whole jal. pepper chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients, beat in oil. Gently toss with remaining ingredients. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
