Sherried Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 stick unsalted butter
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation
    Briefly saute mushrooms in melted butter or margarine and then add sherry and soy sauce.
    Turn heat very low and continue to simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Mushrooms will absorb liquid.
