Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, boiled, then sliced
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 carton sour cream
    1 onion, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes (save 1 Tbsp. for garnish)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Cool, peel and slice.
    Mix the 7 ingredients until well blended.
    Alternate a layer of potatoes, then a layer of dressing.
