Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. chopped tomatoes
    1 c. hot pepper, ground
    2 c. diced onions
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine in large pan and cook for 30 to 45 minutes as it will thicken.
    Water bath for 20 minutes, long enough to make sure it seals.
