Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. finely chopped pecans, reserve some for later
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Stir cream cheese until smooth, gradually add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes, until able to shape into ball, roll in pecans.
    Flavor is better if chilled overnight, also freezes well.
