Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice (old fashion)
1 stick margarine
1 can onion soup
3/4 c. water
1 can mushrooms, chopped
1 can water chestnuts
Preparation

Brown rice in margarine until golden brown. Remove from heat and add soup, mushrooms, chestnuts and water. Liquid from mushrooms and chestnuts can be used for part of the water. Place in casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
