Squash Delicious - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 grated carrot
    1 stick butter, cut in half
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Combine sour cream, soup, carrot and 1/2 stick butter.
    Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
    Don't boil.
    Boil squash, onion and 1/2 stick of butter in a small amount of water until fork-tender. Drain.
    Layer squash, sauce and stuffing mix in a 3-quart casserole, ending with stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly. Yields 8 servings.
