Mushrooms Maryland - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 to 16 large mushrooms
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
1 1/2 c. crabmeat
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced scallions
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0.
Wash and stem the mushrooms.
Dip the caps into melted butter and place upside down in a buttered baking dish.
Combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, scallions, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and half the bread crumbs. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and butter. Bake 15 minutes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
