Chili Con Queso Y Arroz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. oregano (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) grated Cheddar cheese
    chopped chives
Preparation
    Grease casserole.
    Layer rice, chilies, sour cream and cheese (saving 1/2 cup cheese for topping).
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
