Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. boneless beef sirloin steak (1/2 inch thick)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. fettuccine
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef and cut across grain into bite size strips. In small bowl, stir together sour cream, flour and tomato paste. Stir in water, bouillon and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Cook fettuccine according to package.
