Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
Beat well.
Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
Gradually add to sour cream mixture.
Pour half of the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with half of mixed sugar and cinnamon.
Add remaining butter.
Top with remaining sugar mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Yields 12 servings.
