Baked Creamed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, coarsely chopped
    2 small onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. light cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until golden.
    Combine eggs, crumbs, milk, cream, salt and pepper in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; mix well.
    Blend in mushrooms and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until golden and set.
    Serve with chicken or fish.
