Salmonettes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can salmon
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Put salmon into a mixing bowl, breaking it apart well with a fork, then add the flour and slightly beaten egg.
Add pepper, if desired, then mix well.
Add the baking powder to the reserved liquid.
Beat well with fork until foamy.
Pour this into the salmon mixture; stir until blended.
