Chicken Cazenova - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken cutlets
    mushrooms
    pimientos
    flour
    parsley flakes
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    garlic powder
    dash of oregano
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Marsala wine
    Mozzarella cheese (small pkg.)
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour mixed with parsley flakes, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and oregano.
    Brown chicken in oil or butter in skillet.
    Remove to baking dish.
    Add many sliced or canned mushrooms to skillet juices and brown slightly.
    Add Marsala wine to mixture.
    Heat and pour over chicken.
    Slice small package of Mozzarella cheese.
    Place on chicken pieces.
    Add pimientos on top of each piece.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
