West Coast Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 large fresh tomato, chopped
    1/3 c. parsley, chopped
    1/3 c. sliced olives
    4 oz. spaghetti or penne
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and cook until mushy.
    Add other ingredients and toss with pasta.
