Lemonade Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp. reduced-fat margarine
1 1/2 tsp. spoonable Nutrasweet or sweetener equal to 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
7 1/2 oz. bottle frozen lemon juice or bottled or fresh lemon juice
6 Tbsp. spoonable NutraSweet or sweetener equal to 6 Tbsp. sugar
4 serving-size box sugar-free lemon or lime gelatin
8 oz. Neufchatel cheese (do not use fat-free cream cheese)
12 oz. can evaporated skim milk
2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
8 oz. Lite Cool Whip
2 sliced kiwi (for garnish)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, artificial sweetener and margarine until it resembles coarse crumbs. Press into bottom of 2 pie shells. This will not completely cover shell. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool.
