Barbecue Beef On Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. each: catsup and water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. each: vinegar and prepared mustard
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper and salt
    4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation
    In large skillet, melt oleo; add beef.
    Cook, breaking up meat until browned.
    Stir in catsup, water, lemon juice, celery, onions, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until celery and onions are tender.
    Serve with carrot sticks, potato chips and olives.
