Parslied Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. fine dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut and skinned
1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
-
Combine first 6 ingredients in plastic bag.
Shake to mix. Place 2 pieces of chicken in bag.
Shake to coat.
Repeat with remaining chicken.
