Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream together oil and sugar and beat in eggs.
    Add vanilla. Beat more.
    Sift flour with cocoa; add vinegar to milk.
    Alternate with flour to batter.
    Beat well.
    Pour into 2 to 3 (9-inch) layer pans or sheet pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, depending on oven.
    Top with Red Velvet Frosting.
