Toffee Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) chocolate wafer crust
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. instant coffee, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
    Stir in sugar, milk and 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee.
    Cook until thick; chill. Fill shell with ice cream; spread chocolate sauce on top.
    Spoon on cream which has been whipped with sugar, vanilla and coffee. Freeze and top with chocolate curls.
